Training Venezuela Airport Personnel on The Way to Happiness

Volunteers from the Church of Scientology conducted a seminar in June for 50 airport firefighters (bomberos aeronauticos) working at Simón Bolívar International Airport in Caracas, Venezuela, part of an overall initiative to train personnel and security staff of the airport on The Way to Happiness, a nonreligious commonsense moral code written by author, humanitarian and Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard.
Of the 12 international airports in the country, Simón Bolívar is the primary passenger gateway. The Way to Happiness provides airport personnel a foundation in basic moral principles to facilitate the friendly, efficient execution of their duties.

With airport personnel learning such precepts as “Try to treat others as you would like them to treat you,” and seeing tangible examples in the book-on-film, international travelers to Venezuela can look forward to an even more welcoming atmosphere as they enter the country.
