The Church of Scientology & Celebrity Centre Nashville opens its new industry seminar series this weekend, with Tony Harnell presenting an inside look into lasting success in entertainment. The seminar will take place January 28 at the Church—1130 8th Avenue South.

Harnell, a recording artist, songwriter and producer, best known as front man for the Norwegian rock band TNT for 23 years. His presentation is the first of a series of seminars featuring well-known musicians and visual artists, many of whom will fly into Nashville from Hollywood to share their insights with local artists.

“When you elevate the artist, you uplift the entire community,” says Corinne Sullivan, Church president, who says that the goal of the Church of Scientology & Celebrity Centre Nashville is to help the artist.

On February 11 the Church presents Maestro Paul Polivnik discussing how to achieve success in the orchestral world. Julliard graduate and prominent international figure, Polivnick has conducted orchestras across the United States, Europe and Asia and has been nominated for the Seaver Award, presented annually to the most outstanding young conductor in the U.S.A. He has conducted more than 360 concerts, and served as Music Director for Oberlin Conservatory Orchestras, New Hampshire Music Festival and Alabama Symphony Orchestra.

On March 24, Tony Rockliff, an Internet and social media expert, returns to Nashville for a reprise of his popular seminar on how to market yourself in the music industry. Rockliff shares his expertise in SEO, niche affiliate marketing and the dynamics of Internet social community building, that have made him a regular contributor at marketing conferences.

Visual artist A.D. Maddox’s April 14 seminar is the “precise answer to marketing and publicity in visual arts.” Maddox is a world-renowned artist, featured in Gray’s Sporting Journal, American Angler, Big Sky Journal, The Contemporary Sportsman, and Wild on the Fly.
